1. Data we collect
Account identifiers, authentication logs, transaction records, market activity, device/network telemetry, and verification/compliance data where required.
2. Why we process data
To operate the platform, prevent fraud, satisfy legal obligations, enforce policies, support disputes, and improve product quality and security.
3. Sharing and disclosures
Data may be shared with payment processors, identity/KYC vendors, compliance partners, cloud providers, auditors, and authorities where legally required.
4. Retention and security
BetNet applies retention schedules and technical controls appropriate to risk and legal obligations. No system can guarantee absolute security.
5. User rights
Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction, or deletion of certain personal data. Some records must be retained for legal, fraud, accounting, or dispute reasons.
6. Google Sign-In data
When you sign in with Google, BetNet may receive your Google account email address, name, profile picture, and Google account identifier.
BetNet uses this data only to authenticate users, create and manage accounts, protect account security, and provide access to BetNet features.
BetNet does not sell Google user data, does not use Google user data for advertising, and does not use Google user data to train AI models.
Google user data may be shared only with service providers where necessary to operate, secure, or support the platform.
Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data by contacting support.
